Will Call

Items ordered on our website may be picked up at our fulfillment facility in Centennial, Colorado.

  1. Place your order online or on the phone with a credit card. We do not accept checks or cash as we do not have a cashbox with change.
  2. Select "Will Call (In Store Pick Up)" as your shipping method. There will be no shipping charge.
  3. Our business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays, except holidays.
  4. Your order will be ready for pick up after our next batch of orders is processed. Orders are processed weekdays at 5:45 AM (for 8:00 AM pick up), 9:45 AM (for 11:00 AM pick up), 12:45 PM (for 2:00 PM pick up) and 3:00 PM (for 4:00 PM pick up). Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day at 5:45 AM will be ready for pick up at 8:00 AM.
  5. Please provide us with a contact phone number. If we have any problems fulfilling your order, we will call you promptly.
  6. You may use the Order Status link to check the processing status of your order. Once your order is successfully processed and shows Warehouse status, it will be ready for pick up one hour later.
  7. Please print out and bring a copy of the final confirmation page shown during check-out for verification of your order.
  8. Orders must be picked up within 7 days.

We are located 2 1/2 miles east of I-25 off of E. Arapahoe Rd. Turn south onto S. Revere Pkwy and go 1/2 mile, just past E. Easter Ave. Turn left into Koll Centennial Center. We are located in the right side unit of the 3rd building.
